◎Installation

1. Make sure that the measurement range required by the process is consistent with the range of the transmitter to be installed.

2. The thread specifications of the joints for process installation must be matched with the transmitter.

3. To install the pressure transmitter on the pipeline, first close the valve (needle valve or gate valve) on the pipeline where the pressure transmitter is to be installed, and then there are two installation methods:

(1) Screw the transmitter directly into the upper port of the valve;

(2) Screw the live connection or adapter into the upper port of the valve, and then screw the transmitter into the upper port of the live connection or adapter. This installation method can adjust the direction by adding a live connection or adapter. After installation, open the needle valve to confirm that there is no leakage, that is, the installation is qualified.
