1.Overview:

The BS-8G circuit board is upgraded and designed on the basis of the previous BS-8 circuit board, replaced with higher-speed ADC products, and improved the constant current source circuit and the RS485 communication circuit. The new and improved circuit board is suitable for harsh industrial RS485 networking measurement and control occasions. Using MODBUS-RTU protocol to achieve bi-directional half-duplex communication. Strict data verification measures are adopted to ensure the reliability of data. The whole circuit adopts wide power supply design and low power consumption characteristics. Provide constant voltage and constant current excitation output, adapt to most of the bridge sensors on the market. Enhanced EMC design, anti-burst interference, radio frequency interference. Software multiple verification, multiple backups of calibration data. Hardware watchdog logic. The communication interface is non-polarized design to ensure that the RS485 wiring does not need to pay attention to the polarity. The communication interface is connected to the wrong wire protection to ensure that the hardware will not be damaged.
